About the Farm
Understand who we are, what we do and where we come from.
Our History
We began in 2020 in Central Connecticut during the pandemic out of necessity. We felt that with everything shut down, we needed to rely on ourselves more. The farm name comes from Keriann's maiden name. Her fathers side of the family have raised highland cattle in Western Mass and Ireland for generations, making her the 8th generation. It is part of the inspiration and her drive to create that life for her family. Her mother's side of the family owned tobacco farms, rabbits and racing pigeons in Western Mass for generations and when she was growing up they valued gardening both for food and florals. Her husband Adam's experience lies within his landscaping upbringing and his passion for quality crafts.
Who We Are
We are the Cartwright family. Keriann, grew up in Western Mass while Adam grew up in Central CT. We met in 2014 and got married in 2018. We raise our children to be caring towards animals and the earth, learning about where our food comes from and how it happens.
What We Do
We strive to provide the highest quality organic produce, homemade baked goods and homemade products to our community. We frequent farmer's markets and craft fairs throughout the year. Stay up to date about what we have and where we are via our social media. With the expansion of our product line we are so excited to offer signature wines and craft beers made right here in Connecticut.
